What are the payment terms?

You will need to make a full payment for an order. Part payment is not accepted unless otherwise stated on the product.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund when it is in pending payment, processing or on hold state. Request for cancellation when the order has shipped will not be accepted.

What is your returns and refund policy?

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. See our Shipping and Return Policy for more details

Can I exchange my item for another item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@xceent.com

Do you offer a coupon?

Perodically, we do provide promotional offers in form of coupon or sales for purchases. We can send it to you through email if you subscribed to our email list. You can also find it publicly on the web if it is advertized.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes, but only on bulk purchases (20 items and above). Please contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain one.
